That is why we brought ATHENA to Livingston County.

We wanted to create something that does more than present an award. We wanted to shine a light on the women whose leadership strengthens our businesses, organizations, families, and community every day.

We wanted their stories to be heard.

We wanted the next generation of leaders to see what is possible.

Most of all, we wanted women who spend so much of their lives lifting others to know that their leadership matters, too.

On October 15, we will gather for the Second Annual Livingston ATHENA Leadership Awards at Lake Trust Credit Union to celebrate that leadership, foster meaningful connection, and honor the remarkable women shaping Livingston County.

The evening will also feature keynote speaker Michelle Gilbert, Chief Engine Officer of Purple Engine Coaching & Consulting. In Stop Avoiding the Conversation, Michelle will share practical strategies for navigating the difficult conversations that are so often part of leadership with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Whether there is a woman in your life whose leadership has changed your path, you are growing into your own leadership, or you simply believe in the power of women lifting one another, there is a place for you in this room.

Show up for the women who have spent their careers showing up for others. Celebrate their leadership. Honor their impact. Leave inspired by what becomes possible when we recognize it, learn from it, and carry it forward.
