A Victory for Victory Road! 🇺🇸

Huge news for Howell! Join us at the October 6th Council Meeting to show your support!

After years of residents attending meetings and fighting to protect our community, more than 19 acres on Victory Road (Block 41, Lot 17) will be preserved as open space. This completely stops a proposed 203,800-square-foot warehouse development!

This major preservation win is a joint effort funded by:

* 🌿 75% from Monmouth County's Municipal Land Preservation Incentive Program
* 🌿 25% from Howell Township's Open Space resources

A massive thank you to Monmouth County, our Township leadership, and every single resident who showed up, stayed involved, and refused to give up. This is what happens when a community stands together! 🙌

Instead of trucks and warehouses, we are protecting:

* 🌳 Trees, wildlife, and natural resources
* 🚜 Howell’s rural character for future generations
* 🏡 The quality of life in our neighborhoods
