🤔 Route 9 needs improvement... but what should it become?

On June 18, the Howell Planning Board will consider designating a large portion of Route 9 as an "Area in Need of Redevelopment."

This is not a project approval, but it could shape what is eventually allowed along the Route 9 corridor.

The question isn't whether Route 9 needs help. Many areas do.

The question is: How do we encourage quality redevelopment while protecting our community from warehouses, overdevelopment, traffic impacts, and other undesirable uses?
