FAQ

What to expect?

Lay down practice, where each person will listen to the guidance of my voice, incorporating sound bowls in the session to assist full relaxation. We will go through a calming of the mind and body with a body scan, energetic scan, navigate pairs of opposites-sensations, ending with a visualization.

What do I bring?

Bring anything to support your body’s maximum comfort. Blankets, pillows, bolster, sleep/yoga mat, rollup lounge bed. Other than eye masks, no props will be provided for the session. Make sure to bring everything you need to be comfortable.

Do I need to be an experienced meditator to experience the benefits of Yoga Nidra?

Not one bit. All you have to do is show up, lay down and relax. First and most important thing is self care and this practice is a great place to start or continue that journey.

What is the cost?

$33 per person for group sessions.
$88 for all three sessions.
Please contact Juliana, if you wish to set up a private session.

This photo was taken this summer at Cape Perpetua, when I was deciding if life was moving me away from Colorado to the PNW…I have made the move and in doing so, my time has freed up more space to expand and grow~
I have decided to offer astrology readings via zoom and in-person around the Vancouver, WA/PDX area.

Investing nearly 8 years to learning the practice of astrology, I’m so excited to be sharing this now.

I’m looking for three participants to do a complimentary natal birth chart reading for. My regular price will be $111 the beginning of 2024.
Right now, I’m offering three people a reading at no cost…let me know in the comments, if you think this is you!
