To Educate All Children - TEACH

We had a very productive Impact Day at The Pro-Vision Academy.

The entire program team recently spent the day at Pro-Vision Academy to conduct intensive coaching sessions, outline comprehensive and actionable next steps for administrators, and help pinpoint opportunities to ensure ongoing success.

During Impact Day, TEACH aims to provide additional support and guidance to further develop the impact of our work together.

Ms. Lara of J. Ruth Smith Elementary is a new cohort member who improves each week.

She has a strong belief in the TEACH skills and consistently puts in extra work to fully master our methodology. One area where Ms. Lara exemplifies mastery is in “Transition Directions”.

Mrs. Moreira of Halpin Early Childhood Center works diligently to incorporate and master all TEACH skills within her classroom.

She utilizes various nonverbal communication methods with her students. Of the TEACH skills, Mrs. Moreira excels most at implementing the Getting Attention Triad.

We would like to express our gratitude to Mrs. Moreira for her dedication to mastering TEACH skills.

TEACH's Impact Days are dedicated to real-time modeling and coaching.

The overall focus of an Impact Day is for Program Managers to collaborate and align their coaching strategies to determine the optimal approach for each individual educator.

How has the implementation of TEACH skills changed an educator’s classroom for the better?

By using TEACH skills, teachers can make classroom management more efficient and improve the learning environment. Students become more independent through the use of visuals, giving educators more time and energy for lessons and relationship building.
