မြန်မာပြည်က သားသတ်လွတ်ချစ်တီးဆိုင်လိုဘဲ ၊ ဆိုင်က Hillcroft ,(Houston,Texas)မှာ ရှိတယ် ၊ South Indian ,north Indian အစားအစားတွေအစုံရတယ်၊
ဒီနေ့မှာစားဖြစ်တာလေးက plain Dosa , Punjabi Tali, masala chai . Dosa ကတော့ ပုံမှန် Dosa လိုဘဲ ၊
Punjabi tali ကတော့ တော်တော် စားကောင်းတယ် ၊ ထောပတ်လေးဆမ်းထားတဲ့ ချပါတီရာယ် ၊ ထမ်းဖြူ ၊ ဒိန်ခဲဟင်း၊ပဲဟင်း၊ရုံးပတီသီးဟင်း၊ ဘေးက တစ်ခုက ဘာလဲ မသိဘူး 😂 မတ်ပဲကြော်ကို ဒိန်ချဉ်ရာယ် မန်ကျီးသီးရယ် လောင်းထားတာ စားလို့တော့ ကောင်းတယ် ၊ ပြီးတော့မလိုင်လုံးအမဲ Gulab Jamun၊ ပါပရာကြော်၊ သခွါးသီးကြက်သွန်နီ စိတ်လေးတွေနဲ့ သရက်သီးသနပ် ၊ ဝါဝါလေး ကတော့ Indian ဆိုင်မှာ မပါမဖြစ်တဲ့ Mango Lassi ပါဘဲ ၊
မဆလာ လက်ဘက်ရည်ကတော့ ပုံမှန် ပါဘဲ ၊ စားပြီးတော့ Indian ဆိုင် ထုံးစံ အတိုင်းဝါးတဲ့ စမှုံစံပါးလေး ထားထားပေးတယ် ၊ အရသာကတော့ ဟိုအရင်စားဖူးတာတွေလောက် မကောင်ဘူး 😂 မချိုလို့၊

Inle traditional snack.
While i was craving it so badly and it arrived right in front of my home .
The snack is made of rice and bake it in the hot sand.
It can be served with peanut oil and tea leaves salad .something like sandwich 😂.
Dont forget to try this when you visit inle lake ,Myanmar.
