As we move into the second half of 2026, we’ve been taking a moment to reflect on what an incredible year it’s already been for the Fifth Corner team.

Over the last 12 months, we’ve:
• Acquired more than $120M in properties
• Executed 30+ leases across the portfolio
• Leased more than 100,000 SF

While the numbers are exciting, what we’re most proud of is the foundation behind them. Strong leadership, trusted partnerships, and a team deeply committed to creating lasting value in the neighborhoods and communities we invest in.

Another great week at ICSC Las Vegas for the Fifth Corner team!

From early morning meetings to packed days connecting with operators, brokers, and industry partners from across the country, this year’s conference was full of exciting momentum.

We had the opportunity to meet with a number of brands we greatly admire and are excited about the possibility of welcoming several of them to our projects in the year ahead.

Grateful for the relationships, conversations, and continued collaboration that make this industry such a special one.

Historian T. R. Fehrenbach said it best: “Alamo Heights reflects three qualities: good government, stable neighborhoods, and a feeling of intimacy.” That has never changed. Broadway has long served as the corridor connecting this community to the rest of San Antonio.

It is where Fifth Corner’s Stewart Center stands today, rooted in a neighborhood that has always known exactly what it is.

Since welcoming Club Studio earlier this year, The Mix @ Midtown has taken on a new level of energy!

The project continues to build momentum, with consistent activity and a steady flow of people throughout the day.

The response has been strong, and the surrounding community has clearly embraced it. It is a reflection of what happens when the right concept meets the right location.
