We’ve reached an important construction milestone at The Meuse with the topping out of one section of the Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Fredericksburg hotel.
This milestone reflects continued progress on the $180 million mixed-use destination currently underway in Fredericksburg, Texas.

DC Partners was honored to participate in 's "Houston State of The Market" discussing recession, developments, adaptive reuse, and redevelopments around the city.
Acho Azuike, COO of DC Partners, spoke on the panel, giving insight on today's turbulent market conditions. Azuike stressed the importance of creative financing in order to ensure projects get developed during this particularly difficult period of uncertainty in the CRE market cycle. The panel also discussed the economic recession impact on asset classes and how to best position investments for success.
