The Milby Culinary Team will like to take a day trip to Uvalde, Texas June 11th (Saturday) to share some food and show some support to those who lost their child/children in the terrible shooting. That time of year again is right around the corner! Join us January 14th&15th for our second annual Jacinto city/Galena Park go metro rodeo cook-off. Los chamacos performing Saturday the 15th. Today we had the pleasure of spreading a little holiday cheer and spirit at Mading Elementary. There is nothing more touching than the excitement in the eyes of little humans. Thank you Mr. Ramos, Mr. Gonzalez and of course the staff at Mading Elementary for making this possible for the 2nd year in a row. We look forward to this tradition for many more years to come. Happy Holidays from all the students and staff at The Buffalo Diner!

Before the day comes to an end we’d like to give thanks to everyone! First and foremost our AMAZING, DEDICATED and PASSIONATE instructors Mr. Gonzalez and Mr. Ramos. Both go above and beyond for our program and push us to always be better. Secondly, our amazing Principal Ms. Pena, who has always been our biggest supporter and always finds a way to make things happen for us! Lastly, our amazing supporters… teachers, staff, students, parents, etc… without y’all we wouldn’t be anywhere! We wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving! We love you and we mean it!
