It’s a super competitive market & you need to be prepared! The sooner you prepare yourself, the easier it’ll be to beat out your competition. Here are some tips:

1. Monitor your credit & save as much as you can.
2. Figure out your DTI (debt to income ratio) & pay down your debts.
3. Save as much as you can for down payment/ closing costs/ inspections & so on.

WE SURVIVED 2020! What/Who helped you get through the year? I’m not afraid to admit that this year was very heavy for me energetically but I reflected a lot & grew through my personal obstacles (still growing). I have so much to be grateful for although we were all thrown off the course we were on. I reached a lot of milestones, my business grew immensely, I grew spiritually, I grew closer to my family, I grew closer to my overall purpose.. I can go on. I have these two to thank for being my biggest support & we deserved to close out the year with this little getaway. 🌞

Olivia came to me on Easter Sunday with the random idea of maybe wanting to purchase a home.. & well let’s just say that got her pre approved that same day & by the end of the week we were under contract to a gorgeous new construction home! 🤗 After expressing to me that she closed on her first home IN TEARS, I was motivated to make this experience one she would never forget. As a result I was able to get all of her closing costs paid for & then some! Throughout this process I’ve gained a new friendship & got to strengthen an existing one with two divine women that have inspired & empowered me in numerous ways. The most rewarding part of my job is getting to meet & create connections with beautiful souls! 💖 Thank you to these two for putting your trust in me, for your time & just being you.
