Have reserved group air transportation via American Airlines (deposit is due April 1st). Have reserved rooms at 2 hotels - Hyatt Place Chicago South/University Medical Center (1 mile from the Presidential Center) (only have 5 king rooms) and Springhill Suites Chicago Downtown/River North (9 miles from the Presidential Center) (only have 5 kings and 4 doubles). Both hotels have a bed(s) and a sofa bed in each room.
