So my catering event was a big hit. Thank you all for the support. But I made way to much. I need to move this food before my vacation on Tuesday.

I have Pulled Pork, Barbacoa and some smoked Mac-n-cheese. All sides for the tacos as well.

$10 per quart.

Approx 1.5 lbs of shredded taco meats.

Sides include tortillas, cilantro, limes, onions(pickled or raw) and homemade BBQ sauce and salsa verde.
