You will never get rid of gangs as long as society creates circumstances that drive young people to the streets. We cannot rest until every child sees his own family as his “gang.”

More than anything children want time and attention. Correct them when they get it wrong, but don’t forget to celebrate them when they get it right. The celebration should be louder than the correction. Be encouraged family.

EXCELLENT PANEL DISCUSSION‼️This was a very necessary and informative panel discussion moderated by . I was recovering from food poisoning this day. I came close to canceling. Glad I didn’t. I learned much from the other panelists. I encourage parents, teachers, pastors and leaders to watch it in its entirety.

There is a saying: When America catches a cold; Black people catch pneumonia. If white males are suffering in this country, know that Black males are suffering at the highest, deepest and darkest levels.

🙏🏾 One of the most difficult things to do prevent retaliation when emotions are high. Crashing out won’t bring the homie back. The best thing you can do for a dead homie is to stay alive to tell his story. Survival and success is the best retaliation.
