🛠 Notion – For organizing research, briefs, and collaborative writing
🛠 Otter.ai – For transcribing interviews or meetings
🛠 Grammarly Business – For consistency across multiple writers
🛠 Descript – For editing audio/video-based internal updates or podcasts

Companies spend weeks planning the announcement– the launch, the rollout, the all-hands.

But very few plan for what happens next:
- How does the message evolve after Day 1?
