From Threshold ... to Just SOLD!

Hi, I’m Erica Harms, Broker and Owner of Threshold Realty.

I strive to take you from our first meeting at your threshold to having your home ‘Just SOLD!’ as quickly and comfortably as possible.

I believe that real estate should be fun, not scary. How do I take the fear out of selling? Quite simply, I rely upon logic and creating a strategy for results, as opposed to emotion and wishing for results.

How does this approach flesh out? Two hallmarks of my approach include:

1. Analyzing market data in your neighborhood in order to determine the best value proposition to offer to the market, i.e. price, property features, improvements, etc.

2. Communicating with you throughout the entire process, so that you never feel at a loss with respect to how your property is performing in the market. Communication is so important to me that I employ an Assistant to specifically cater to my clients in this way.


Erica’s Educational Background:

As you might guess by my approach to real estate I possess a certain business acumen that is sorely lacking in our industry.

The filter through which I conduct my business comes largely from my studies at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, where I earned a Management degree with Honors as well as a Minor in Accounting.

I also possess a degree in Hispanic Studies and lived and studied abroad in Madrid, Spain. I always welcome an opportunity to speak with my clients in Spanish and to relate to any unique needs, motivations, or perspectives, which they might have.


Erica as a Person:

You might have gathered from my real estate branding that I am not a real estate robot, but rather I pride myself in being a bit ‘different’ than the average Realtor. Real Estate needs a facelift, and I am here to help!

While it is true that I conduct my business with the utmost of professionalism and integrity, just like you, I am a normal person! When I am not busy serving your real estate needs, you will probably find me spending time with my husband, Damon, and my 4 legged children, a Golden Retriever named Samantha, a.k.a. Sam and my Collie-mix, Nellie . I also spend a good bit of time cooking and testing new recipes.
