After today, My crawl space inspection fee has tripled. Up to my ankles in mud, plumbing leaks, Suspected mold growth and a snake to keep me company.
We are now requesting all clients, realtors and persons attending the inspection to bring and wear their own face mask if they wish to enter the home. Thank you and let's all stay safe!

Close, but NO. The AC condensation drain must connect at sink side of P-trap, not sewer side. Looks like another trip to the home depot for this seller.
