What stands out most is Aditya’s analytical curiosity and ability to tackle ambiguous challenges—forming hypotheses, uncovering patterns, and delivering meaningful insights that drive better outcomes. From building scalable analytics frameworks to creating self-service dashboards and conducting large-scale multivariate analyses, he brings a thoughtful, data-driven approach that will be a tremendous asset to our team.

Prior to that, she held product leadership roles at Cequens and Optum (UnitedHealth Group), driving product innovation, customer engagement, and business growth.

Utkarsh joins us as Head of Applied AI, with over 12 years of experience spanning AI, engineering, and product leadership. With a proven track record of building and scaling AI-powered platforms across startups and enterprise environments, he has consistently transformed complex challenges into innovative, high-impact solutions. Most recently, Utkarsh served as Head of Engineering and Product at Admitkard, where he led AI-driven transformation initiatives, scaled cloud-native platforms serving thousands of customers, and built intelligent systems leveraging LLMs, agentic workflows, and predictive analytics. Prior to that, he co-founded and led technology and product efforts at Fi-Plan and GMATWhiz, building AI-powered fintech and education platforms from the ground up.

Earlier in his career, Utkarsh played a key role at Amity Software, helping deliver AirSewa, the Government of India’s national aviation grievance platform serving millions of passengers annually. His experience spans AI strategy, product development, cloud architecture, and team leadership, making him a tremendous addition to our growing organization.

Atchuta brings strong experience in backend engineering, scalable systems, and event-driven architectures, most recently at Spinny, where he built and optimized critical backend workflows powering core customer journeys.

His work spans microservices, Kafka-based pipelines, personalization systems, and high-scale backend platforms designed to improve performance, reliability, and user experience. From reducing system costs and improving deployment efficiency to developing AI-powered hackathon-winning solutions, Atchuta has demonstrated a strong ability to combine engineering depth with innovation.

Sumant joins Mechademy as a software development engineer II with strong experience in software development, automation testing, and performance engineering, with previous roles at Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs and Info edge. Over the past several years, he has built scalable automation frameworks, optimized CI/CD pipelines, and developed GenAI-powered tools that improve debugging, testing, and release efficiency.

From reducing validation time and improving regression coverage to supporting high-volume transaction systems, Sumant has demonstrated a strong ability to combine technical depth with measurable business impact. Sai joins us Remote Monitoring Engineer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in machinery monitoring, vibration analysis, and condition-based maintenance, with experience at Quest Global Engineering Services Limited supporting refinery and chemical operations for Exxon Mobil Corporation. His work focuses on remote diagnostics, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance across critical rotating equipment, helping improve asset reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.

With strong expertise in vibration diagnostics, root cause analysis, and data-driven performance monitoring, Sai brings valuable experience in maintaining and optimizing complex industrial systems. We’re excited to have him on board and look forward to the impact he’ll make. ⚡
