We know those of you who live and work in Bally’s markets have many questions about how any declaration of bankruptcy will affect you. The bottom line is no one knows. We have been keeping abreast of the situation. This includes talking to people in our legal department, talking to people in the industry, and talking to people we work with at Bally’s. While there are no assurances of what will happen if Diamond Sports Group does declare bankruptcy, most signs at this moment point to the regions carrying on business as usual.

We wish we had more concrete answers to give you at this time. But the truth of the matter is that no one has any certainty about what will happen next. We are repeatedly told the principal instruction from Bally/Diamond Management to the regions has been to continue delivering quality broadcasts. The important thing to remember is that the teams whose events you cover want the level of professionalism in the product they deliver to their fans that only you can provide. There is no doubt in our minds that you will all maintain that level of professionalism throughout this unsettling period.
