Hi Friends! 👋My name is Mango. I’m the Executive Cute Assistant (ECA) at Loopston. I help the team when they get ready to list and/or close a property. Some of my tasks include:

✨verify all repairs are addressed as per inspection. Why is this important? Even though we are professional builders and developers, we partner up with a professional inspection company before our project is ready to hit the market. This is critical because it allows a second set of expert eyes to tell us what we may be missing. This allows us to avoid any gaps in the selling process and prevents potential delays with closing. We work with the BEST inspector in town since 2015.

Meet Zunaira Zaki, a recent graduate from Texas A&M University. She currently serves as Operations Associate at Loopston. She obtained her real estate license while in college and has over two years of experience in the industry. Zunaira’s interests include renovation processes and innovative design.

At Loopston, Zunaira is responsible for overseeing the renovation of distressed properties, analyzing data and information to optimize budgeting to meet target ROIs, communicating orders and delegating tasks to contractors, selecting first-class materials, and working with floor plan designs. She is also the primary sales representative. She has successfully represented clients and closed on several residential properties in the Houston area, driving up sales by strategic marketing objectives.

Zunaira is a staunch advocate for women's success and empowerment and found her niche at Loopston. She aspires to inspire other women like herself to thrive in real estate to reach their potential with the right guidance and mentorship.

Hira Wasti currently leads all things operations at Loopston. She discovered her passion for real estate more than two years ago after leaving the corporate world of accounting and ventured into the quasi unpredictable and adventurous life of a real estate builder.

Hira started as a project management intern while taking classes to obtain a real estate license in Houston. At the time, she wore many hats and took on numerous responsibilities and successfully renovated - from start to finish - a 14-bed student housing / airbnb project in 6 months. In the months that followed, Hira helped bring the property to 100% occupancy. Her experience expanded to other capabilities when Loopston launched its first fund through the help of our amazing investors and advisors whose friendship, trust and support mean the world to us as a minority and women-led company. Today, as Head of Operations, Hira continues to grow and shine by leading the company through her strengths in collaborating with our engineers, architects, negotiating contracts, obtaining permits, outsourcing, construction planning and scheduling, subcontracting, supervising workers and budgeting to name a few.

Additionally, Hira serves on the Executive Committee at OPEN Houston, a nonprofit organization with a focus on advancing the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in Houston.
