I was vegan for years. I was skinny, I slept good and I felt well. Somewhere down the line I caught a case of the “f**k-it’s” and all that went to s**t. I’m not saying this is gonna be a lifestyle change but to this day I don’t care for cheese and get excited about vegetables so F**k It! The rest of this month I’m going full vegan again for a few weeks.
