Extremely proud of my son and his team this weekend. We won all of our games this tournament and lost by 8 points in the championship game. Though, I'm sure the boys were disappointed, they kept their heads held high ready to attack practice on Tuesday.

Nothing like stopping at my bestie's house since my right hand was itching to touch and agree...My Granny use to say money was coming my way and babbbyyy, we are ready for it. Living in the moment all 2026!

My Husband Bought a 1970's Hoarder House for us to flip and babbbyyy...it was our longest flip to date. Which is why I paused from posting the updates because this one had me burnt out. I told him to not look at another hoarder house.

We're not perfect by any means, but I am truly blessed and grateful for my husband. I have been in love with the wallpaper that Blush offers, and this design did not disappoint. We tag teamed putting up the wallpaper, he took out our builder grade sink and installed one I got from - We're not done, but I'm loving the process.
