AGS Conclave just wrapped — and once again, it was one of my favorite weeks in the industry.
Ben Nemtin challenged us to think bigger, be brave, and turn intention into action. Will Guidara’s journey with Eleven Madison Park had me thinking about how much opportunity we have to elevate every client interaction.
I was honored to share my perspective on the **“New Diamond Horizon”** and discuss practical strategies to improve profitability from diamond sales.
But what I value most about Conclave is the people. The formal sessions are great, and the hallway conversations, shared experiences, and honest discussions about everyday business challenges make the week special.
Thank you to the Gem Society team, and to everyone who made it feel a little like a family reunion.
