We’re kicking off our 2nd annual Mentorship Program!

We will match young South Asian Houston lawyers (1st-7th year of practice) with more experienced ones. We will pair mentors/mentees who are working in similar practice areas.

We ask that you commit to meeting your paired mentor at least four times a bar year (September 2025 – August 2026) by attending our planned mentorship events—two larger events (one in the fall and one in the spring), and two smaller ones. Past examples include a gourmet cooking class and pickleball. Outside of these pre-planned events, we encourage mentors and mentees to meet/talk at their desired frequency.
