This is a solo business, but multiple people helped with this project.

Many thanks to Pam who gave me the idea about doing nail trims at an over 55 apt home complex in West Houston. I have tried other places with no success, multiple "no's" without understanding what I do.

Thanks to Kai, events coordinator for suggesting I come to a health fair tomorrow to promote this service. Corporate says I have to be insured to do them in their community areas. I am not and not going to. She immediately came up with this idea instead since I do in home trims. They have other properties as well, so we shall see.

Then Lisa came up with several great flyers on very short request time, using this one for apartment and condo homes.

Finally to Jason, the manager at FedExOffice in Cypress, for coordinating table top signs and flyers.

Pet Stuff Resale was founded in 1997.

With so many years in rescue, way before then, I don't want to hear unhappy stories.

I have never done this before.
Today I am honoring precious, precious Roxxy, who left us this morning.

I met her once. Bought her stuffies for years, always on my hunt list.
Her owner is a client of both Pet Stuff Resale and Houston Thrift Stuff.

She made me smile with every picture.

I'm sharing for the happiness she had with every stuffy slaughter, often within seconds.
A Nemo lasted for MONTHS, no explanation:)

She was even precious at her recent surgery, backed up and sat in the techs lap.
By coincidence, I delivered soft blankies she wanted the same day. I think she liked them.

I'm choosing joy that I knew her.

9 minutes from engine turn off to trimming Gracie's nails to pictures to petting to engine turn on.
I was in no hurry and Gracie is not thrilled to see me, so not instant compliance.
Owner had a blanket, gently slid Gracie off her heated pad and I did my part.
That took less time than even getting a cat into a carrier to get to a trim.
The owner thinks the 24.00 each visit is a great investment in her time and Gracie's stress.

Biscuit and Ginger belong to the humom of the four previous cats, they were the next at home visit yesterday. They only live 20 minutes apart.
Ginger is 12, last week was her second recent cancer procedure, she is not letting anything slow her down. She is the one with full attention on the unseen peanut butter jar:)
They go to their own sofa when told to and stay at least 30 seconds before heading to the peanut butter again.

Four at home nail trims yesterday; only two surrendered for photos, begrudgingly.
All four were in lock step of joy at my departure:)
There was Cheeto, Baby, Ranger and Peepers.

Lilly and Sadie are also 9? year veterans and did mimic piranhas when they were younger:)
They said it is in their DNA.
They have settled down a little over the years, I'm still not on their Christmas card list.

I apologize for the long wait they had on Saturday. It must have been 15 min or more.
I do not always get the order correct, folks help a lot directing me but I still err at times.

I tried putting numbers on windshields to keep track. That proved rather cumbersome.
Now please text when you arrive. I cannot return texts during trims, but it gives me the correct order.
That will improve service.

Precious Max turned 19 since our last visit for nail trims. He said just call him Dick Van Dog:) Dick Van D**e is 100, both still looking good.
Max said it's the turkey cubes, keeps him strong.

Buddy is a very rare dachshund, does not turn into a piranha when the nail trimmers come out!
He was perfect.
He was one that said "No" to an Egg Puff initially, then went back to snag it from the console. Some dogs are not comfortable with treats out in public.
