ERP Coordinator
Seeking an ERP Coordinator to quickly be trained on system processes with the ability to travel to different departments and locations to provide hands on training to others. ViewPoint experts will train this candidate on these processes. (Train the Trainer approach). Seeking a self-starter that is detailed and communicates well with all levels of the organization.
Salary: negotiable depending on experience
Duration: 3-6 months
• Must understand ERP systems and processes
• Must be techy and data technical
• Must know how to train others and have the patience to train at all levels including admin to VP’s
• Must be able to troubleshoot
• Construction industry knowledge would be helpful
• Knowledge of ViewPoint would be preferred but not mandatory
• Proficient in Excel
• Quick learner
• Possible travel 25%-50% in the beginning
• Will train employees on the below examples:
o How to process Purchase Orders
o How to process a billing invoice
o How to process Payable invoices
o How to complete payroll timesheets
o How to approve payable invoices
o How to run job cost reports
o How to login, navigation, and other basics of system
