Tenaris’s team in Romania recently welcomed a group of young professionals from Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) European sections as part of the SPE Beyond the Borders initiative.

The visit started in Bucharest where Paolo Novelli, Technical Sales Regional Director, introduced the group to Tenaris, followed by a visit to our Călărași steel shop, giving participants the opportunity to see our operations up close. The visit created space to exchange ideas, build professional connections, and discover the people and technology behind steel and pipe production.

“Visiting the Bucharest offices and the Călărași steel mill brought the entire production process to life,” Joelle El Sayegh, a production technical advisor at Halliburton, said. “What impressed me most was the scale of the operation—from raw materials to finished pipes—and the number of processes completed every day.”

Last night, we welcomed 220 customers, industry leaders, and employees to our 2026 Customer Appreciation Cocktail Event at the The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, celebrating 20 years of Tenaris’s presence in the US. The evening was an opportunity to reflect on two decades of growth, innovation, and collaboration while recognizing the relationships that continue to drive the energy industry forward.

"Over the last two decades, we’ve grown our team here in the U.S. to nearly 4,000 employees,” our CEO Gabriel Podskubka said during the event. “When I think about the success of Tenaris, I do not first think about assets or facilities. I think about relationships – about the trust our customers place in us every day. About the willingness to solve problems together.”

Connecting with the next generation of UAE talent.

Tenaris’s team in the UAE participated in Khalifa University's FURSAH Career Fair in Abu Dhabi this week, meeting students and graduates who are taking their first steps toward their professional futures.

It was an opportunity to introduce students to Tenaris, share more about our operations in the UAE and the energy industry, and give them a closer look at the career and development opportunities available across our company.

What stood out was how clearly many students articulated their interests, passions, and the kind of careers they hope to build. These conversations gave us a chance to learn from them, while sharing more about the industry and the opportunities their skills could open up.

We look forward to continuing to partner with universities across the UAE to help prepare and inspire the next generation of talent.

The event was attended by Senator Heineken Lokpobiri, Honourable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil), underscoring the strategic importance of the project for Nigeria’s energy sector.

What happens when Field Services experts from around the world come together to challenge the way we work?

During our Field Services Proficiency Week in Edmonton, Canada, more than 30 professionals from across seven different regions connected to exchange knowledge, network, and explore how quality, technology, and collaboration can help us deliver better solutions for our customers.

Beyond the sessions, the week strengthened a global network where experiences and lessons learned can continue to be shared long after everyone returns to their region.

Tenaris is now producing its TN 95EY proprietary steel grade from our Sault St. Marie Industrial Centre in Ontario, supporting the evolving drilling needs across Canada. The TN 95EY is designed for conditions with high pressure and temperature, making it well suited to sour service applications and unconventional plays in the region.

Shellie Clark, Operations Director for Tenaris in Canada, recently spoke at the Powering Production: Championing Women in Manufacturing Forum, sharing insights on how leaders across the industry can help women advance in manufacturing.

“We need to create the conditions for people to succeed,” Clark said. “Listen, invest in training and development, remove barriers, and ensure leaders are actively helping others move forward.”

She highlighted the impact of sponsorship, sharing that leaders who advocate for others play a crucial role in professional growth. Clark called on HR leaders and other key stakeholders to address unconscious bias, provide visible career paths, and champion an inclusive workplace culture.

A group of young professionals from the Argentine Institute of Oil and Gas (IAPG) Young Professionals Committee recently visited our mill in Campana to learn more about our operations, technology and projects.

During the visit, they toured key operations including the Steel Shop, Rolling Mill 2, and the R&D Centre and had the opportunity to exchange ideas with Tenaris professionals about the industry, the current context and the projects we are working on. They also visited the Roberto Rocca Technical School, a leading educational initiative preparing the next generation of technicians in electronics and electromechanics.

A great experience to keep sharing ideas, exchanging perspectives and learning from one another.
