Not all contractors are created equal.
Looks can be deceiving but we went into this clients home and saw some tell tale signs of poor quality craftsmanship.
Once we started peeling back the layers we were 100% correct on our evaluation. Please guys do your due diligence so your projects don’t need to be done twice. We tore out this shower and rebuilt it the RIGHT way.

Unfortunately not everyone takes pride in their trade. Spot bonding and no burning in of the backside of the tile leads to extremely poor adhesion. This owner wanted me to repair the loose tiles which I did at her request (as I kept finding more and more). I advised her that this floor will not last much longer and will need to be torn out and redone.
