Whether participating in National Wreaths Across America Day or local ceremonies, our team members help honor the lives, service and stories of veterans.

For many team members, this work is also personally meaningful, creating space to honor family members and loved ones whose memory continues to shape their lives.

Weaver is pleased to announce Srinivasan Hariharan as partner-in-charge of India operations. With more than 25 years of experience building global teams and leading large‑scale transformation initiatives for professional services organizations, Srinivasan will lead the continued growth and integration of Weaver’s presence in India with a focus on scaling the firm’s Global Capability Center (GCC) as an extension of its audit, tax and advisory services.

Weaver announces Stacey Larsen as a managing director in its Consulting practice in Sacramento. With more than 20 years of experience across public and private sectors, Stacey will lead finance and accounting transformation, regulatory compliance and operational improvement initiatives for state agencies, local governments and public institutions.

Last week, team members from across the firm met virtually to prepare for their upcoming trip to Altadena, California, where they will support Odyssey Charter School as it continues rebuilding after last year’s wildfires. Through Project Weaver, our service initiative, we will create outdoor play spaces and gardens, paint murals and doors, enhance reading nooks, and transform Odyssey Charter’s new campus into a place that feels like home for students and staff.

This initiative is an opportunity to support a community’s recovery by creating spaces for connection, play and growth for students and families, and we look forward to doing this important work alongside our partners at All Hands and Hearts. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming weeks!

Weaver announces Arwa Hussain as a director in its Transaction Advisory Services practice in Houston. With more than a decade of experience advising clients through complex transactions and a strong background in financial due diligence across the M&A lifecycle, Arwa will enhance the value provided to clients navigating complicated transactions.

Weaver is pleased to announce Zachary Parkins as a director in its Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services practice. Based in Dallas, Zachary has more than 15 years of experience advising distressed companies on strategic alternatives, providing forensic accounting and bankruptcy litigation support and navigating the bankruptcy process. This experience strengthens our team and supports our continued growth in the restructuring space.

Weaver is pleased to announce Jerod Holloway as a managing director in its Governance, Risk and Compliance practice. With more than two decades of experience in internal audit, risk consulting and regulatory compliance, including a focus on health care and other highly regulated industries, Jerod will support the firm’s expansion of health care advisory services while working with organizations operating in complex environments.
