This summer, Weaver’s Campus Recruiting team welcomed more than 40 students across our NYC, Dallas and Los Angeles offices through our summer programs. Our summer leadership program, Accelerate, is designed to give students exposure to public accounting, professional development opportunities and insight into careers at Weaver. This event brought together future professionals for networking, interactive learning, leadership development and meaningful connections with our people.
From our first-ever Accelerate program in NYC to our Dallas program and an engaging experience in Los Angeles, students gained valuable insight into our culture, service lines and recruiting process while building skills to support their future success. We’re excited to see what’s next for these talented students!
National Intern Day reminds us that the future of our profession is shaped through real-world learning experiences.
Weaver’s 2026 intern class describes how hands-on client work, mentorship and team work help them apply classroom knowledge across audit, tax, advisory and technology. Their perspectives highlight how culture and values play a critical role in creating meaningful opportunities for growth, collaboration and career development.
Through our Expand the Reach impact team, our Cultivating Greatness program continues to invest in students by providing mentorship, scholarship opportunities and exposure to careers in professional services.
This year, Weaver awarded nine scholarships to students across our program locations. Each scholarship is valued at $2,500 and may be renewable for up to $10,000 throughout a student’s college journey. Beyond financial support, recipients are paired with Weaver mentors who provide ongoing guidance, support and connection as students continue pursuing their academic and professional goals.
Our Cultivating Greatness program continues to grow. It is now in its fifth year in Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas and second year in Pasadena, California, with plans to expand into our East coast markets. Cultivating Greatness is designed to create lasting relationships and meaningful opportunities that extend beyond the classroom.

"People are our formula." At Weaver, this belief shows up in how we work together and also in how we show up for our communities. As part of the continued rebuilding in Altadena, California, following the Eaton Fire, Weaver partnered with All Hands & Heart to help transform Odyssey Charter School South (OCS South).
The team contributed 700+ service hours to revitalize the campus and create a welcoming environment for the 185 students served by OCS South. Volunteer efforts included refreshing outdoor play and gathering spaces, building lending libraries, donating nearly 300 books, planting greenery and painting murals throughout the campus. The group also assembled scooters, bikes and other play equipment.
We're grateful for the opportunity to support the Altadena community and the students of OSC South.
