Talk2Rami
My mission is to help one person a day. I also do public speaking about leadership, entrepreneurship, business skills, and startups.
I am the host of the #talk2rami show, an interview based video show highlighting the story behind everyone that I interview. I'm also the CEO and founder of OpticTour A Google Trusted Agency, a full-service digital agency servicing many clients across the country.
I am truly grateful to everyone who called, texted, and reached out here to check on my family back home in Iran. Your kindness meant more to me than I can fully express.
Moments like this remind me that, at the end of the day, we are all human. We all need one another, especially in times of uncertainty and pain. If we could hold onto that truth a little more, I believe the world would be a far better place.
I will always choose peace over war.
You can’t lead anyone if you can’t lead yourself. Discipline isn’t about control, it’s about direction. Without it, you’re just moving without meaning.
If that made you pause, keep listening. The full podcast goes much deeper.

If you’re a zebra and you spend your life trying to walk like a giraffe, you don’t just lose your stripes—you lose yourself.
That’s really what is pushing all of us toward:
The courage to stop performing some “professional” version of who we think we’re supposed to be, and to treat our real selves as an asset in the room, not something to hide.
Be Yourself at Work is Claude’s blueprint for that shift—less pretending, more presence, less “fixing” yourself to fit, more building a life and career that can hold the real you.
If this resonates with you, watch or listen to the full episode with Claude Silver and then grab her book Be Yourself at Work to keep this conversation going in your own life and leadership.

walked away from a big advertising role at the moment her soul checked out—and told she only cared about one thing: the people and the heartbeat of the place.
That honesty is exactly why she’s now Chief Heart Officer, with a mandate to “touch every single human being and infuse the agency with empathy,” and a reminder that your career should fit who you are, not the other way around.
If you’ve been forcing yourself into a role that looks good on paper but feels wrong in your chest, maybe it’s time to start telling the truth about what you actually care about—and build your work around that.
If this resonates with you, watch or listen to the full conversation with Claude for the full story behind walking away from the wrong career, becoming Chief Heart Officer at VaynerMedia, and building teams around heart, empathy, and the humans doing the work.

Commitment isn’t partial. When you commit, you draw a line in the sand and say, “this is what I’m doing, no matter what”. is a powerful reminder that real commitment isn’t about doing more… it’s about doing what you said you were going to do.
The real test isn’t when you feel like doing the work, it’s when every part of you wants to tap out and you show up anyway. He’s not talking about hype or motivation—he’s talking about keeping a promise to yourself when it would be so easy to break it.
It’s not about being fired up, it’s about who you are on the days you’d rather do anything else.

Being an entrepreneur is very scary. But when get in and start doing what you love, it’s priceless.
How many times have you missed out because you were afraid to speak up? Renée Marino’s story proves that communicating your desires can open doors you never imagined—like landing a role in Clint Eastwood’s Jersey Boys. If you don’t ask, the answer is always no.
What opportunity could you create by speaking up today?
If you’ve ever held back from going after what you want, or wondered if you have what it takes to make a change, this episode is for you.
