SECURITY NOTICE: Scammers are impersonating Berg PC with a fake website and a fraudulent page on social media. Our legitimate website is, and always has been, bergpc.com.

There is also a page using our firm's name and business address, but it's not us. You can find us on Facebook only at facebook.com/bergpclaw.

Any other page using our name is a fraud and an attempt to steal from you.

The fake website has been reported to its domain host and to Google. The fraudulent page has been reported to Meta.

We do not communicate with prospective clients through Signal, WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media — ever. If someone claiming to be with our firm asks you to communicate that way, block and report them immediately. It's not us.

With very few exceptions, we represent crypto scam victims on a contingency basis. In those matters, we do not ask for payment of any fees or expenses up front. If there is NO RECOVERY, there is NO FEE. Anyone demanding an upfront payment to recover your funds is not us and is trying to steal from you.

Be skeptical of any social media ad promising crypto or asset recovery.

Why has this happened to us?

Security experts and financial crime investigators told us we're a target now because we're drawing blood. Scammers are trying to eliminate or undermine a threat. That won't happen.
