This Memorial Day, the Houston 311 Contact Center honors and remembers the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day will affect curbside service for part of the week, with Monday and Tuesday collections moving one day later. All solid waste facilities and administrative offices will be closed for the holiday, including drop‑off and recycling centers. https://ayrs.io/MKWx4p

Get ready for Art Car fun from April 9-12!
If you’re planning to attend in person, keep these safety tips in mind:
🚧 Be aware of street closures - Plan your route ahead of time and follow posted detours.
👟 Wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers - You may be walking or standing for long periods…and you know how Houston weather changes quickly!
👀 Stay alert - Keep an eye on your surroundings and report anything suspicious to law enforcement.
📍 Designate a meetup spot - In case you get separated from your group.
