Hydraulic Component Service HCS, hits one out of the park! This system will test material using H2O as the primary media. A very robust Cat Pumps triplex will supply 15 GPM @ 3500 psi. Hi and low limits are set up using a very intuitive HMI screen program. One single source for many Powerful solutions; how can we help you today?

Unique component repair is one of the most enjoyable capabilities we have. This Rotary actuator needed some TLC as it was spewing oil out of the grease low pressure side.

A re-seal, and in house Honing, will suffice until a new actuator can arrive. We will then overhaul the bearings and bearing slide to bring this powerful device back to like new.
