Moody Rambin is pleased to announce the sale of 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤, a ±33,000 SF industrial business park located at 301 Bennington Street in Houston, TX in Houston's Northside-Northline submarket, one of the city's long-established industrial corridors just north of downtown.

Stephen Ghedi and Lawton Anderson represented the seller, Crescere Capital, in the transaction. The property was acquired by Rivergate Capital.

Matt specializes in owner-user transactions, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and sourcing land for users and developers alike. Throughout his career, he has partnered with property owners, investors, developers, and business operators to deliver strategic real estate solutions that support both operational and investment goals.

Before joining Moody Rambin, Matt served as Vice President at Transwestern, where he advised clients on industrial leasing and sales, project leasing, investment transactions, and tenant representation. His earlier career in the offshore energy industry gives him a unique understanding of the operational challenges facing industrial users, manufacturers, logistics providers, and supply chain companies.

He gained valuable hands-on experience through internships with Finial Group and Sago and is ready to make an immediate impact at Moody Rambin.

Outside the office, Jake enjoys cheering on Houston sports teams and spending time on the pickleball court, golf course, and in the field hunting.
