What a wonderful morning celebrating the amazing dads and father figures in our Endeavor family! Our dads enjoyed a fun-filled morning, spending quality time with their children while playing mini putt-putt, enjoying yummy breakfast treats, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

From cheering each other on to sharing laughs and sweet moments together, it was a joy to see these special bonds shine. Thank you to all the dads who joined us and made this event so memorable. We hope you felt celebrated and appreciated for all that you do each and every day.

🌟 Happy 10-Year Endeavorsary, Ashley! 🌟

Today we are celebrating an incredible milestone, 10 years with the Endeavor family! 🎉

For the past decade, Ashley has made a lasting impact on the lives of countless clients, families, and team members. Her dedication to helping clients grow, learn, and gain independence has been a driving force behind her work, and her passion for the field continues to shine through in everything she does.

As she reflects on this past year, one of Ashley's favorite projects has been launching home and community sessions for her adolescent clients. She is passionate about helping clients build real-life, everyday skills outside of the clinical setting and supporting them as they generalize those skills in their natural environments. Her commitment to creating opportunities for meaningful growth and independence is just one of the many reasons she has made such an impact over the last 10 years.

A few fun facts about Ashley:
🧘‍♀️ Her favorite form of exercise is hot yoga because it is both relaxing and challenging.
☕ A good cup of coffee can instantly make her day better.
🌟 She loves finding new ways to help clients apply their skills in the places and situations that matter most.

As we close out our 12th Anniversary Celebration, we want to take a moment to recognize the two incredible women who started it all, Lynsey and LaToya.

Twelve years ago, they had a dream, a vision, and a passion for creating something that would truly make a difference in the lives of children and families. What began as an idea fueled by dedication, faith, and hard work has grown into a place that continues to shape lives, create opportunities, and make a lasting impact every single day.

Because of their commitment, countless children have gained new skills, families have found support, and professionals have discovered a place to grow and thrive. Their vision has never been just about building a company, it has always been about building a community centered on hope, progress, and possibility.

Today we are celebrating Luke and his first year with the Endeavor family! Over the past year, Luke has continued to grow in his role, support his team, and make a positive impact on the clients he serves. His dedication to learning and willingness to take on new challenges have helped him achieve an exciting milestone this year.

As he looks back on his first year at EBI, Luke's biggest accomplishment has been becoming the Lead Pod Specialist! We are proud of the hard work, growth, and commitment that helped him reach this achievement and are excited to see what his next year at Endeavor has in store.

Today we are celebrating Keeyana and her first year with the Endeavor family! Over the past year, Keeyana has been an integral part of our Scheduling Team, helping navigate the many moving pieces that keep our clinic running smoothly. From balancing schedules to supporting our clients, families, and staff, she approaches each day with dedication, patience, and a willingness to tackle whatever challenge comes her way.

As she looks ahead to her next year at EBI, Keeyana is excited to be part of Endeavor's continued growth and expansion. Having spent the past year navigating the day-to-day puzzle of scheduling, she is looking forward to learning more about how the company operates beyond scheduling and gaining a deeper understanding of the many pieces that make Endeavor successful.

Participants will have the opportunity to make a sensory jar filled with dinosaur-themed fun. All materials will be provided, but supplies are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

As a key member of our Administrative Team, she plays a vital role in so many areas of our operations, from insurance and authorizations to billing and ensuring the countless behind-the-scenes processes that keep our clinic moving forward. Her knowledge, dedication, and experience make her an invaluable resource to both our team and the families we serve.

Over the past eight years, Gladys has developed a deep understanding of Endeavor and has helped shape many of the systems and processes that support our success today. She is truly a wealth of knowledge, and her commitment to excellence continues to make a lasting impact throughout the organization.
