Today we're celebrating Alex and her first year with the Endeavor family!

Over the past year, Alex has made a wonderful impact through her creativity, dedication, and passion for helping our clients succeed. One of her favorite accomplishments has been helping relaunch our Bridge Academy, introducing engaging activities like science, physical education, theatre, and more to create fun, meaningful learning experiences for our clients.

Looking ahead, Alex hopes to continue expanding her work with our Bridge clients by spending more time supporting them in the community and through in-home services, helping them build confidence and independence in everyday settings.

🌊 Fun Fact: When she's not at Endeavor, you'll likely find Alex out on the lake! She loves water sports and is a pretty talented wakeboarder and wakesurfer. 😎

WIN All Else Fails (WIN) is hosting a Sensory-Friendly Screening of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, created specifically for individuals with special needs and their families. This private screening offers a welcoming, inclusive environment where families can enjoy a movie together in a comfortable, judgment-free setting.

📚 One of Cassie's biggest goals for the year ahead is continuing to build the knowledge and skills that will prepare her for becoming a BCBA. She looks forward to every opportunity to learn, grow, and strengthen her clinical expertise, and we're excited to be part of that journey alongside her.

🚗 While some people need a playlist to get through their commute, Cassie enjoys something a little different, peace and quiet! You'll usually find her driving in complete silence, taking in the calm before and after the day. And if a song comes on that gets everyone else dancing? 💃 Don't expect to see her on the dance floor... she'd much rather be relaxing and just vibing. 😌🎶

🌱 As she begins her second year at EBI, Yessenia is looking forward to continuing to grow in the field of ABA while working toward earning her BCaBA and ultimately her BCBA certification. Her commitment to learning and professional growth is inspiring, and we can't wait to cheer her on every step of the way!

✈️ When she's not at work, Yessenia loves celebrating milestone birthdays by exploring somewhere new. With her 35th birthday on the horizon, she's dreaming of visiting the breathtaking mountains of Banff or the beautiful scenery of Switzerland. 🏔️
