I’m still taking this in.

This quarter at Capella University stretched me in ways I didn’t expect. Long nights. Hard questions. Deep reflection. Discipline when no one was watching. And as of 02/11/2026, I can officially say my research topic has been approved by the IRB! And as of 02/18/2036, I’ve made the President’s List!

For me, this isn’t just about grades. It’s about alignment.

It’s about doing work that matters.
It’s about honoring the responsibility that comes with research.
It’s about proving to myself that I can build vision and execute at the highest level.

As a founder building CCsquared™ App, as a doctoral learner, and as someone committed to challenging systemic barriers, this moment feels bigger than a certificate or a badge. It feels like confirmation.

Confirmation that I’m walking in purpose.
Confirmation that discipline compounds.
Confirmation that excellence is a decision.
