n Builders Association (GHBA), the Texas Association of Builders (TAB) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). In 2013, 3D Builders was the recipient of two prestigious Texas Association of Builders STAR Awards. One for best Custom Builder – Architectural Design ($1–1.99MM) and one for Custom Builder – Specialty Room ($1–1.99MM).

3D Builders, LLC was incorporated in 2005 by David Daniels. David received his education from Texas A&M University where he attained a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. His experience and expertise includes land planning, sub-division development, multi-family development and construction, production building, speculative building, custom homes ranging from $300k to over $4.5 million, commercial construction and retail build-out. David is a VERY active member within the Greater Houston Builders Association. He currently serves on the organization’s Board of Directors and continues to support the mission of the GHBA and its endeavors through his involvement in the building industry. David is also a member of the Custom Builders Council and the Remodelers Council where he participates in numerous charity projects and networks with other building industry professionals. David is a firm believer in community service, industry involvement and continuing education, all of which are centered around strong core values and adhere to a strict Code of Ethics set forth by the NAHB. He holds numerous certifications including the ultimate symbol of the building professional – Graduate Master Builder (GMB); in addition, David is a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), Certified Green Professional (CGP) and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) – these certifications and designations serve as a commitment to professional growth and leadership within the housing industry. Outside of the work environment, David enjoys spending as much time with his family as he can. He and his wife, Jackie, are proud parents of three children, Katherine Isabel (2013), Jonathan Keith (2015) and Hope Elizabeth (2017). David also has a love for the outdoors where he has a passion for hunting and fishing. He and his wife attend Grace Bible Church where they both share a passion for serving others through local and international missions. In addition to their church, David is actively involved with several other charitable organizations. Some of those include the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo where he volunteers on multiple committees, Living Water International (bringing fresh water to remote villages in third-world countries), International Servants (ministering to the needs of the people of Belize) and Every Village (bringing fresh water and ministering to the needs of the Sudanese people).
