Cheers to Business Impact Award winners Jesse Risner and Andrew Cox – stellar examples of our core value of Innovation! They worked with Continuous Improvement and Equipment Health teams to provide alerts of erratic engine RPMs. At the time of the award, this innovative alert system had prevented more than $1 million in power end failures. Thanks to Jesse, Andrew, and team for impacting our operations in a big way!

Thanks to Nicholas Shoemaker for being a quick decision-maker in the field! He noticed a failed seal in the wellsite’s fire-suppression system, called for an immediate Stop Work to facilitate a repair, and earned a Safety Impact Award in the process. Congratulations, Nicholas!

As a part of their experience in NexTier's internship program, they were tasked with significant projects designed not only to enhance their learning but also to leave a lasting impact on their teams.

One group's outstanding hard work even earned them a plaque on the coveted silver hard hat trophy!
