Kat will oversee day-to-day operations and tenant relations for her assigned assets, serving as the primary point of contact for building management, vendor oversight, and lease administration.

Kat joins Partners with nearly a decade of property management experience across Houston. She has served as Property Manager at Hines, Transwestern, and most recently at Fuller Realty Interests.

San Antonio just hit one out of the park.

Taroko Sports a Taiwan-based sports entertainment company, is opening its largest U.S. venue in the city this July, bringing 31,000 square feet of entertainment to a shopping center recently acquired by Dhanani Private Equity Group. Partners' Vicki Adelstein represents Dhanani in all leasing efforts.
