Happy 31st - I mean 30th - birthday, my love! You are the heart and soul of our family: the anchor that keeps us steady. Your strength, your kindness, your determination, and the love that fills your heart inspire me every single day. This past year has been a lot. You’ve graduated with your Bachelor’s Degree in Education. (Wreck ‘Em!) You are a whole teacher now! And you’re an absolutely amazing one (just ask your students). We are adding a new member to the family! And we are trying to move. So this birthday will be a milestone on for sure. To start this year off, here are some words from the bestest most handsome guy in your life:

You have given me the greatest gifts of a man can ask for- our beautiful children, a home filled with love and laughter, and a partnership built on trust and respect. Your smile still lights up my world, and your touch brings me a comfort and peace that I can find nowhere else. Every moment with you is a treasure, and I am so grateful that God gave me you. You tell me all the time that you love how tall I am. But I don’t know if I’ve ever told you that despite our heights, I will always look up to you. Your courage to do what is necessary, to love unconditionally and fiercely, and to never back down from a challenge amazes me to no end.

You are my best friend, my confidant, my soulmate, and I am so incredibly proud to call you my wife. Thank you for being the amazing woman you are, for loving me so completely, and for making our life together so beautiful.
