Emergency contact (24/7 availability)
STR platforms you list on (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.)
Proof of Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) compliance
Owner authorization form (if not owner)
Entity registration from Texas Secretary of State
Human trafficking training certificate
$275 application fee + $33.10 admin fee
