Kick-Through Flow:
→ Bear position, knees hover
→ Push back into a high pike, heels reach down
→ Return to bear
→ Lift one hand, swing the opposite leg under, drop the hip low
→ Chest turns up, free arm reaches long
→ Back to bear, switch sides

Pike high. Dip low. Swing through. Repeat.

Shoulders, spine, hips, core. One loop, 30 to 60 seconds. Blood moving, energy up.

Deconstruct. Reconstruct. Evolve.

Save this for the next time everything feels locked.

→ Lie face down, arms out wide
→ Chest and shoulders pinned to the floor
→ Lift one foot high, swing it across toward the opposite hand
→ Let the hip roll, keep the chest down
→ Pause, breathe out, 6 to 8 per side

Low back extends. Spine rotates. Hip opens. The diagonal line from your hand to your opposite foot is the exact line sitting locks up.

Can’t get the foot close yet? Keep it high and let the range come.

Deconstruct. Reconstruct. Evolve.

Save this for before bed.

Single-Leg Crab Rock:
→ Crab position, hands behind you
→ Lift one leg, drive hips up through the planted heel
→ Rock forward and back, slow
→ Hips stay up the whole time
→ 8 to 12 per leg

The hamstring on the ground has nowhere to hide. Compare sides. The one that shakes is the one that’s been getting a free ride.

Body weight only. Anywhere. Anyone.

Deconstruct. Reconstruct. Evolve.

Save this for leg day.

Kneeling Wall-Press Opposite-Foot Reach:
→ Kneel facing a wall, one palm pressed flat
→ Hips stay square to the wall
→ Rotate away from the wall arm
→ Reach the free hand back for the opposite heel
→ 6 to 8 each side, slow

The wall anchors the shoulder. The reach pulls the rotation deeper. The line between them is the exact line sitting shut down.

Can’t reach the foot yet? Reach for the calf. Range comes with reps.

Deconstruct. Reconstruct. Evolve.

Save this for your next desk break.

Neck, mid back, and shoulders tight? Two moves. 👇

Laptop. Phone. Desk. Head forward, shoulders rounded, chest caved in. Your upper back has one job all day and it’s holding your head over a screen.

This pair gives it back what that position takes away.

1️⃣ Child’s Pose Lateral Reach
→ Hips back, arms spread wide
→ Shift side to side
→ Shoulder blades glide east to west
→ 6 to 8 each side

2️⃣ Child’s Pose Thoracic Opener
→ Hands behind the head
→ Elbows toward the floor
→ Breathe into the upper back
→ Hold 20 to 30 seconds

Chest opens. Shoulder blades move. Mid back extends. Neck finally gets a break.

Two minutes. Anywhere. Anyone.

Deconstruct. Reconstruct. Evolve.

Save this for your next screen break.
