A reminder that it is also mens mental health month.

Let's talk about men's mental health for a moment. Society often pressures men to be invincible and emotionless, screaming "provider" at them while forgetting they need time to rest, heal, and grieve. The truth is, you can't provide when you're running on fumes.

Men are human, just like everyone else. It’s important to remember that having traumas doesn't make you any less of a man. It takes real strength to acknowledge and address your mental health. Find authenticity in the company you keep—friends and loved ones who recognize when you need to downshift and are there to support you.

Don't feel emasculated for needing to process and communicate your mental states. Mental health issues do not equate to a lack of masculinity. Men protect every day, but even the finest sword needs proper care and maintenance.

Take the time to care for yourself. Your mental well-being is just as important as any other aspect of your life. Stay strong by allowing yourself to be vulnerable and seek the help you need. You deserve it.

Watched the fallout series with babes with little to no prior gaming knowledge other than brief COD and yelling at screen while playing league of legends, baldurs gate 90s version and slight frustration with the new one……proceeds to love fallout series and decides to give hell divers a try…..now contemplating avoiding all adult responsibility of cleaning to play hell divers to get better and die less….i also discovered how to connect Spotify to the gaming headphones and can happily bop while annihilation is happening…. send help….i can hear the bugs and I like my liber-tea piping hot 😳😂

Guys you aren’t ready for vixxens full transformation 🥹🥹🥹 for any ladies who are interested in learning about motorcycles or riding them but feels intimidated, follow along with me! I’ll be doing the installation myself. I’ve been riding for two years but I’m focusing on really learning and getting know the mechanics and maintenance of my Harley.
