Hello professionals, what could be the cause of this? 🥺

The old roughneck on Sun Oil Company Steam drilling rig. Premont, Texas, 1946. The steam engine throttle froze up, and the draw works clutch failed to disengage, the driller ran into the crown block, broke the drill line, and here it all came to the drill floor. The old roughneck standing by the traveling block.
Just Focus and look closely

Alot of people come up to me and ask 'why do you ROUGH NECK? It's dirty, dangerous, and you're always tired.
I say; you wouldn't understand why we do what we do unless you've lived it!!! ..
I had a old drill boss tell me once.
Son, once you get that crude oil on yea; you'll either love this job or hate it. We all have quit a million times in our heads, and when oil is down and our rigs are stacked out, a part of our soul dies , many nights we lay our heads down in emptiness and sleepless dreams, our scars are a reminder of what not to do and close calls, but we wake up and put our boots on and go out to that rig with a smile on our face !! , next time someone comes up to me and ask that question, I just smile and say I was born to be a ROUGH NECK
