I’ve been making a lot of shifts lately. In my business and personally. And as I always say I would never have you do anything I wouldn’t ask of myself! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

So I felt the need to share what I’ve been calling into my life:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Abundance, Peace. Love. Embodiment. Money. Clarity. Leadership.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Waking up in my built from the ground up rustic farmhouse, in my kingsize bed, laying next to my husband sharing uncontrollable laughs,⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Going down to my enormous kitchen where I prepare my coffee or tea and head to my meditation room where I can stay until I’m damn ready. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then look into my closet filled with clothes that make me feel bold, sexy, warm, and like a whole damn snack to go with it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ll head off to my horse riding lessons and pack my bags for Turks and Caicos where my husband and I will sit on the beach while I check emails and chat with clients, sipping wine and a cheese tray. Watching the PAID notifications rolling in from Stripe and PayPal.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What if you were the one really holding yourself back?😳
I remember at one point I was the worst is me’ girl. Constantly thinking I couldn’t help anyone? How was I going to help someone and I couldn’t even help myself. I was going through some mad personal s**t y’all 🤦🏽♀️
But I woke up one day and I was so angry and frustrated after binging on my favorite coaches and their success and I couldn’t take it anymore. So I started working on my mindset and practicing being grateful for where I was because that’s where I was meant to be to learn the lessons I need to learn.
You can learn to change how you think so that you can attract the life you want but you have to want to do it. Do you want to think and feel better about yourself?
We can begin to embrace optimism. There’s nothing wrong with with being thinking positive even though the world may feel like it’s caving in around you.
Here are my four tips that helped me
✅Brain Training- we have to practice practice everyday to change our thoughts ✅Focus on what’s going good in your life ✅Perception is everything-find the silver lining
✅Internalizing-look at the glass half full instead of half empty and don’t take it personal (in my voice)
✅Create New Stories for yourself instead of he did me wrong how about he/she maybe had a bad day.
This is for the woman who doesnt feel good enough, who feels stuck in her own mess, stuck in her thoughts.
I want you to know transformation is waiting for you on the other side of the door.

I know you're probably staying up late. Phone in the hand, scrolling down your timeline, notepad, favorite pen (ya'll know I like pens) and on your favorite coach's feed. Taking mad notes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You keep trying to piece everything together. Thinking this is it.Let me do what she/he says and its going to work. Then you go to sleep and wake up feeling like nothing is being done. And its another day not knowing what to do or where to start. Or who to ask and you can't call your momma because she believes you are superwoman and you know how to do "anything you put your mine to. But she doesn't understand this online business thing is freaking confusing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I know that feeling girl. That feeling of I have to get this right. This has to work. I have to figure this out. You're banking on this. HELL you put your whole life savings and that last corporate check into this. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I remember when I would toss and turn in my bed when I was working at my 9-5. I loved my job and I was good at what I was doing but I just knew I was meant to do more. I had several businesses but they weren't making ends meet. I was all over the place to say the least. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Ding D**g! That mindset is dead! Ok let me stop playing with yall. Everybody knows I love my movies. But I this is has been an ongoing trend that I see among yall. You're not ready to grow. I've come to the conclusion that some of you like where you are because it forces you not to have to face reality that you need to move on from that toxic lover, friendship, business strategy!
