🐼❤️🐾 As another school year comes to a close, we want to thank the entire Pershing community for making this school such a special place.

For our 8th grade families, this moment is especially bittersweet. We are sad to say goodbye to a school that has been our home for so many years, but excited to watch our students take their next steps into high school and beyond.

To our teachers and staff: thank you for the care, dedication, patience, and encouragement you give our students every day.

We are especially grateful for the leadership of our administrative team. Their commitment to students, families, and staff, their visibility on campus, and their focus on building a strong school community have made a lasting impact. Pershing has a bright future, and we are excited for the families who will continue to be part of it.

To the current and incoming families, cherish these years. The friendships, memories, traditions, and sense of community are truly something special.

Thank you, Pershing, for the memories, the opportunities, and the countless moments that helped our children grow. We leave this school year with grateful hearts, wonderful memories, and excitement for what comes next.

🐼❤️🐾 Please donate for the End of Year collection for our Pershing Support Staff. All the donations will be split evenly between our custodial, cafeteria and front office staff.

🐼❤️🐾 8th graders! Don’t forget: NO backpacks for the picnic celebration! Bring only a small bag for lunch and essentials.

Wear your jeans and high school shirt, enjoy time with friends, and make some amazing last memories as Pershing Pandas!

🐼❤️🐾 We’re collecting gently used, dress-code approved uniforms to help support our Panda families!

We are accepting:
• Grade level tshirts, collared shirts & sweatshirts
• Khaki/black shorts, pants & skirts
• Shoes (all sizes)

📍Labeled bins will be located in the front office.

🗓 Donations will be accepted Tuesday 5/26 – Friday 5/29, and the drive will be open all next week for anyone who still wants to donate!

We’re closing out middle school with a May to remember full of fun, memories, laughter, and celebrating this amazing class before they head off to high school. From the glow dance to the picnic to promotion night, we can’t wait to celebrate every moment with our Panda Proud students!
