We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented pre-loaders to join our flatbed team! If you’re experienced in securing loads and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Position: Flatbed Pre-Loader
Shifts: 6am - 6pm, 6pm-6am, flexible shifts
Location: Houston/Baytown

🔧 Responsibilities:
• Pre-load flatbed trailers according to load plan
• Properly secure freight using straps, chains, and tarps
• Conduct pre-loading equipment checks
• Work safely and efficiently to support dispatch schedules

✅ Requirements:
• Experience with flatbed loading and load securement
• Knowledge of DOT safety standards
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Forklift experience a plus
