Paula Hohl with Wulfe and Karla Smith with SRSRE (formerly CBRE) negotiated a lease with Target for a new location in Shepherd Square located on Westheimer at Shepherd near River Oaks. The new store which opened this past October is one of their new urban concept stores that offers an extensive grocery section with fresh produce and multiple refrigerated aisles. The store still includes Starbucks and offers the same product selection you would find in a typical Target.

Wulfe has leased the 41,462 sf former Babies R Us to Painted Tree Marketplace, an Arkansas-based collection of great apparel, home décor, gifts, jewelry, accessories and much more. All products are sold through individual vendors in their own booths in a fun, creative atmosphere.⠀
Painted Tree Marketplace will open later this fall in plenty of time for holiday shopping and decorating!⠀

Wulfe’s longtime client Culinary Khancepts, who also owns State Fare Kitchen and Star Cinema Grill, has purchased the Liberty Kitchen locations in Memorial and River Oaks. Both locations have reopened and are welcoming diners to enjoy their fresh seafood and hospitality. ⁣⁣

One year ago today, Houston lost a true legend. State Fare Kitchen & Bar has opened a new location in Sugar Land Town Square with the help of Wulfe Senior VP, Kristen Barker. In August 2018, the original owners sold State Fare to Culinary Kahncepts, a sister company of Star Cinema Grill Group who is a long time client with Wulfe.⁣
