After going through the engine and resealing it, we finally set it in the chassis with the transmission. We are now going to build the regulated return, massage the firewall for the 3” down pipe, install the hydro boost system and complete the brake system.
We will be going with an electric fuel system. Haven't decided on which one ... we will update this post as progress continues.
If anyone has any question feel free to reach out!!!

Took a quick break from the Powermini build to assist a customer who was experiencing death wobble.
After a thorough diag, we found that it was time for a full suspension rebuild.
Rebuilt the entire suspension with some of the toughest components available, MOOG, RANCHO and SPICER!
Now it is time to return to the Powermini build!

Finally got the chance to lay some black paint on the frame.
Started mocking up the exhaust.
Now it is time to finish prepping the engine and transmission for installation.
Stay tune for the final product.

Stripped the truck down to its bare frame.
After 2 days of rust removal we were finally able so put down some primer.
Would have laid down the black paint but the rain decided to change our plans.
Black paint coming soon!

Superduty axle swap is complete in the Powermini!!!!
Also managed to get the engine mounting plates done and in place.
Now it is time to take everything apart and spray some paint on it.
The Powermini is coming along!

Introducing our first build as VCG, aka Powermini.
The Powermini started off as a 2WD manuel inline 6 and will be receiving a bunch of nice upgrades.
We will be scraping the 4.9 engine that was paired to a manual transmission and a 7.3 Powerstroke paired to a E4OD will be taking its place. (Hence the name)
Also we will be ditching the 2WD suspension in favor of swapping solid DANA 60 axles from a 2006 Super Duty.
If you'd like to see how the build comes to an end, be sure to give us a follow and a like.
