Looking for a metal fabricator with the following requirements:

1-2 years of experience welding Aluminum
1-2 years of experience working with sheet metal
Willing to learn how to build signs.
Good attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Willing to learn how to operate a bucket truck for sign installation.
Must speak fluent English.

Desired skills- but not required
1-2 years in Signage industry.
Ability to read blue prints.
Understanding of low voltage electricals (LED LIGHTING).
Bi-lingual- with Spanish, Chinese, OR Vietnamnese as second language.

Looking for a full time Designer- no experience necessary with the right attitude.

Requirement:
Willing to learn attitude- this job is not just a desk job, you will need to be able to operate a vinyl cutter, apply vinyl graphics, and operate a solvent printer.
Fluent in English required.

Desired traits:
Has a good eye for design, such as understanding the use of negative space and balancing/spacing for letters and logos.
Has understanding/experience of large format printing.
Has understanding/experience using a vinyl cutter and idea of how to apply vinyl graphics.
Proficient using a computer and some type of graphics software.
Bi-lingual- Chinese or Spanish as second language.
