20223 Binford is complete and the tenant is moving in,

We are excited to be breaking ground on our next building in the Binford Road Business Park. This new facility is for Clover Tool Company. The project consists of a 16,300 SF facility with a 2,000 SF office. Dirt crews broke ground last week and are working on the pad. The foundation should be poured this month.
