Mier Kitchen was hired for the 3rd year in a row for Linda and Clive’s holiday party! This Private Chef Special Event took place in the beautiful Town Lake community last month. The Vaughan’s sure do know how to throw a party! Nice size grazing table, meatless lasagna , Italians meatballs, complete with passed flatbreads and ahi tuna cups! Nikki Hohman had a fantastic evening for her friends and clients with the the now famous wine game “Price Is Right” followed by a three course meal of lemon chicken piccata! Perfect night with a great group of people!

Such a fun night to cook for Jay Ross’s corporate team. Suzanne & Jay are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet! Their wine selection also never disappoints!

Mier Kitchen was hired for another Private Chef Special Event in The Oak Forest community this past week. Kim Moore with Stone Mason Cellars wanted to celebrate her husband’s 50th birthday with a lavish evening with each course paired with their delicious wine! From High end bourbon tasting to a fantastic 6 course meal complete with Spanish grilled octopus, the experience was perfect! Such a fun evening with an amazing family, amazing wine, and great friends.

2023 has been a crazy awesome year! Lots of learning, lots of relationship building, with new partnerships that are sure take MK to a whole new level in 2024.

The best part…. meeting so many new amazing people. Your energy, your time, your support… simply epic! I can’t thank you enough. From our new venders partnership, national brands, and accessory companies… thank you! You know who you are.

Hundreds of steaks, pasta dishes, and lobsters later, in some of Houston’s finest homes it was so much fun perfecting techniques homemade sauces and adding that little extra spice to the greater Houston, Galveston, College Station communities.

The family has even jumped onboard, with my boys taking a more active role which you’ll see more of on the NEW Mier Kitchen’s website launching in Q1!

Some amazing additions also happened! Mier Kitchen introduced a new concept called Mier Table. Think of a personal chef’s table with your closest friends dining in the chef’s outdoor kitchen at the chef’s home! Intimate. Personal.

Also we introduce Mier Events where we plan not only the amazing food and signature cocktails, but we take over every detail of your big corporate event! From ice sculptures and flowers to stages and lighting we now do it all!

To say 2023 was a huge success, is an understatement.The best part is we are just getting started!
